1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one active account on 11bt. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulently created accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. During registration and at any subsequent point, 11bt may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details.

• You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address.
• 11bt reserves the right to request government-issued ID (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of address documents to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations before processing any withdrawal request.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 11bt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Any attempt to abuse the registration process, including using false identities, virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions, or automated registration tools, will result in permanent account closure.

11bt may, at its sole discretion, decline or close any account at any time without prior notice if it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

11bt supports a range of local payment methods to make banking convenient for players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Khulna. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and full fund forfeiture.

11bt does not charge any internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable charges before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

11bt offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
